In these terms, "We", "Us", "Our", and "Kiwiexplore" refer to Kiwiexplore Limited, registered under the laws of New Zealand. "Client", "You", and "Traveler" refer to any individual who requests bespoke travel coordination, submits inquiry forms, or completes payment for curated itineraries.
This platform serves strictly to inform prospective travelers about our luxury travel curation capabilities and capture booking inquiries. Users agree to utilize this platform solely for legitimate personal travel requests.
To initiate a custom travel design, clients must participate in our onboarding process. An itinerary design deposit is required before detailed reservation planning begins. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your booked expedition.
All custom pricing is quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes local Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted through bank wire or secure electronic card systems.
Given the dramatic weather patterns of New Zealand\'s Southern Alps and fiord coastlines, helicopter flights and marine charters remain subject to real-time safety assessments. If a pilot cancels a flight due to safety conditions, we will attempt to reschedule or substitute the activity with an equivalent luxury alternative. For traveler-initiated cancellations, please consult your specific booking contract for tiered refund schedules.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel passports, visas, and medical travel insurance covering helicopter evacuations where applicable. Travelers must strictly abide by local environmental regulations and the Tiaki Promise.
While Kiwiexplore works only with certified aviation, marine, and lodging operators, we act strictly as agents for these independent third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), Kiwiexplore shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, or flight disruptions resulting from third-party operations or acts of God (force majeure).
